1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EdgeIQ (the "Service"), including creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

2. Description of Service

EdgeIQ provides AI-generated analysis, probability estimates, market commentary, and data insights based on publicly available information including prediction market data. EdgeIQ is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide personalized advice or fiduciary services. All outputs are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. No Financial or Professional Advice

All content provided by EdgeIQ is strictly informational. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice; a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any position; a solicitation or endorsement of any strategy; or a guarantee of accuracy, outcome, or profitability. No fiduciary relationship is created. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes. Always conduct independent research and consider consulting licensed professionals.

4. Risk Disclosure

Prediction markets and trading activities involve high risk, including total loss of capital. AI-generated outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. Past performance or analysis does not guarantee future results. Markets are volatile and unpredictable.

5. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and be responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share or transfer your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

6. User Content & AI Processing

By submitting any data, prompts, or content to the Service, you grant EdgeIQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and analyze such content to generate outputs and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All Service content including AI outputs, models, designs, and branding are owned by EdgeIQ or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Service. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or use outputs for commercial resale without permission.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions (monthly at $14.99 or lifetime at $29.99) are billed via Stripe. Free trials automatically convert unless canceled before expiration. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are provided only where required by law or at our discretion. No refunds for partial billing periods or used access. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; misrepresent outputs as professional advice; scrape, copy, or exploit the platform; or interfere with system performance or security.

10. Third-Party Services

EdgeIQ is not affiliated with Polymarket, Kalshi, or other platforms. We rely on third-party data sources and do not guarantee their accuracy or availability. Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.

11. Privacy

We may collect and process data necessary to operate the Service, improve AI systems, and process payments. By using the Service you consent to this processing.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, legal or regulatory reasons, or abuse of the Service. Upon termination your access will cease. Provisions relating to liability, indemnity, and intellectual property survive termination.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and error-free or uninterrupted operation. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, trading losses, financial losses, data inaccuracies, or system interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to the greater of: (i) the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or (ii) $100. This does not apply where prohibited by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EdgeIQ from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your decisions or reliance on outputs, or violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

16. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you. You may not use the Service where it is restricted or prohibited.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in Wilmington, Delaware, in English. No class actions or collective claims. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable. Failure to enforce does not waive rights. We may assign these Terms; you may not.
